Our 7 month old would only cat nap during the day on myself and would wake frequently during the night and the only way we could get her back to sleep was to rock or feed her. After speaking to a friend who had a successful outcome with Bubba bedtime I reached out to Aprilla for some much needed help! It was the best thing we’ve done. Aprilla was gentle and supportive in her approach and by the second day things had drastically improved. Our little one is now having proper naps during the day, able to self settle and sleeping during the night. None of this would have been possible without the support and guidance from Aprilla.
